 Highlights and goal: Velez Sarsfield 0-1 Central Cordoba in Argentine Cup Final

Although the game began equally, Velez outperformed the other team in the opening half hour. Central Córdoba got better as the minutes passed, and by the end of the first half, they had equalized. Both had obvious scoring opportunities. The second half began with a revitalized "Ferroviario," a few meters ahead and more aggressive. Central Córdoba de Santiago del Estero hizo historia al conquistar su primer título oficial al vencer 1-0 a Vélez Sarsfield en la final de la Copa Argentina. El partido se disputó en el estadio 15 de Abril de Santa Fe, donde Matías Godoy anotó el único gol a los 54 minutos con un remate desde fuera del área que sorprendió al arquero Tomás Marchiori.
